Enjoy two types of noodles:

tagliatelle and whole wheat.

First, savor the tagliatelle

in a clear and elegant

Shige Kuro Gunkei chicken broth.

Then, the whole wheat noodles are added—

just like “kaedama” (an extra serving) in ramen.

After tasting some noodles on their own,

add the rest into the soup

for a whole new flavor experience.
