まだこの先どうなるのかは分かりませんが、
まずはこうして見つけていただけた事を
日々素晴らしい食材を届けてくださる生産者の皆さま、
いつも足を運んでくださるお客様、
そして各店舗で支えてくれているスタッフのみんなに、
心より感謝いたします。
8席の小さな店ですが、
自由が丘で、自分たちらしく、
これからも日々コツコツと積み重ねていこうと思います。

We are honored to share that Siamo noi has been selected for the 2026 Michelin Guide Japan Selection.
We still do not know what lies ahead,
but we are sincerely grateful simply to have been discovered in this way.
Our heartfelt thanks go to the producers who provide us with such wonderful ingredients every day,
to all of our guests who continue to visit us,
and to the staff members supporting each of our restaurants.
We are only a small restaurant with eight seats,
but here in Jiyugaoka,
we will continue to move forward in our own way,
steadily and sincerely, day by day.
